신주배정기준일 공고

당사는 2026년 7월 16일 개최된 임시주주총회의 결의에 따라 주식을 분할하기로 결정하였으며, 이에 따른 신주배정기준일을 상법 제418조 및 정관에 의거하여 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

1. 주식분할의 내용

발행할 주식의 총수 : 300,000주 → 100,000,000주

1주의 금액 : 5,000원 → 500원 (1주 → 10주)

2. 신주배정기준일

2026년 8월 17일

3. 신주배정 방법

기준일 현재 주주명부에 등재된 주주에 대하여 소유주식 1주당 신주 9주의 비율로 배정합니다.
단, 1주 미만의 단주는 상법 제443조에 따라 처리합니다.

4. 신주의 효력발생일

2026년 8월 17일
